NHI APP registration and binding method for foreigners:

1. Mobile phone number authentication: Foreigners shall use "monthly mobile phone contracts" and "personal mobile internet (4G/5G)" applied for by themselves and verify their "ARC number" and "last 4 digits of their valid NHI card" to set the password, in order to complete NHI card registration and mobile device binding.
2. NHIA IC Card Online Service Registration: Please prepare a computer, card reader, your NHI card, and your ARC and complete the registration on the "NHI IC Card Online Service Registration" website of NHIA to bind the NHI APP.
